Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty)

Our Pharmaceutical Sales Reps educate, promote, and sell pharmaceutical and healthcare products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will manage your territory to maintain existing physician groups, clinics, and primary care offices, working closely with management to achieve sales goals. We provide quality consultative service, coordinate outside alliances, and utilize internal resources to meet customer needs.

Major Responsibilities:

Manage territory accounts, identify key decision-makers, and inform influential physicians about pharmaceutical and medical products. Balance time effectively to meet results, stay updated on skills and product knowledge, and develop strategies to compete and succeed in the healthcare marketplace.

Major Duties:

  • Build positive relationships and penetrate large accounts.
  • Develop a customer base creatively.
  • Create territory plans with goals and resource allocation.
  • Gain formulary acceptance with managed care accounts.
  • Partner proactively with customers, understand long-term trends, and create account business plans.
  • Utilize consultative skills to assist customers.
  • Market and sell vertical products.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Some sales experience or abilities.
  • Ability to work remotely and use ZOOM software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to target healthcare professionals to maximize sales.
