Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry or Exp.)

Responsibilities include achieving territory sales goals by promoting pharmaceutical products and services to physicians and medical personnel within the assigned geography. Educate customers on product use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments, and related developments. Represent healthcare products professionally in the field, ensuring high visibility and customer satisfaction. Maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and educate physicians on pharmaceutical products through meetings, presentations, and approved promotional activities.
  • Work in the field during the week for call planning, customer follow-up, preparing presentations, and report generation.
  • Meet call and productivity expectations while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and regulations.
  • Implement company-approved marketing and business plans.
  • Support targeted customers with approved resources and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate promotional efforts across franchises and partners, managing all promotional materials and equipment according to compliance guidelines.
  • Execute territory sales strategies using business plans and call activity reports.
  • Accurately report sales activities, expenses, and reports within deadlines.

This position involves:

  • Physician-facing pharmaceutical sales responsibilities.
  • Managing multiple pharmaceutical products within the territory.
  • Leading in primary care and specialty working relationships.
  • Balancing territory management with projects while maintaining sales performance.
  • Demonstrating strong sales skills and influence within the territory and region.
