Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience or equivalent education.

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish or Russian, Cantonese preferred.

Job description

AOTI is the global leader in multimodality topical wound oxygen therapy. Our patented non-invasive Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) therapy is the only device that has demonstrated in Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies to heal Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFUs), resulting in an unprecedented 88 percent reduction in hospitalizations and 71 percent reduction in amputations over 12 months – because of this and more, AOTI is growing fast!

Ideal candidates will possess compassionate and empathetic listening skills, actively engage in conversations with clients and patients, and educate them on our products and user guides.

Job Type: up to 30/hours week, Remote Environment, Contract position for 3 months

Territory: Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and surrounding areas

Compensation: $23.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.

General Accountabilities

  • Support the sales team in delivering product within specific territory.
  • Conduct equipment set-ups, patient support, equipment pick-ups and cleaning within the territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
  • Coordinates paperwork with sales team to maximize billing and collections.
  • Contacts and visits patients to help them use the company’s products and services properly.
  • Handles queries about company products and services from patients.
  • Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products.
  • Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.
  • Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up with customers.
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members.
  • May be required to work overtime as needed, specifically at the end of each month.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in a patient-centered or customer facing role preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to deliver and pick up equipment.
  • Ability to safely transport equipment in an enclosed vehicle environment.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Russian, Cantonese preferred.
