What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and motivate the B2B Senior Field Sales Specialist team to achieve sales objectives and maximize profitability
- Develop and communicate key priorities and targets for the B2B Sales Organization
- Monitor and evaluate sales force productivity and propose actions to meet/exceed targets
- Manage relationships with national and regional account partners to ensure compliance and execution of sales strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve overall objectives and enhance customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of National Account and/or Sales Management experience with a proven track record in B2B Sales
- 2+ years of People Leadership experience in managing and developing teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the B2B Hospitality and/or HORECA channel
- Familiarity with CRM and data systems such as Power BI
- Strong analytical skills in data collection and management
- Ability to assess market conditions and trends quickly
- Proven negotiation and creative problem-solving skills
