Job summary

SS+K, part of the M&C Saatchi Global Network, is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead client relationships and act as the quarterback for the agency in New York. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency objectives.

You will coach junior staff, collaborate with strategy and creative partners, and drive strong presentations and communication across teams. Travel may be required; 5+ years agency experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years in an agency environment preferred; at least 1 year with supervisory experience.
• Robust experience with integrated campaigns from strategic development through creative development, production and trafficking.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and an excellent presenter.
• Solid strategic and analytical skills, ability to define business problems and the role of creativity in solving them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Account Supervisor serves as a day-to-day business lead for our clients and the quarterback for the agency. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
• 5+ years in an agency environment preferred; at least 1 year with supervisory experience
• Robust experience with the integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development, production and trafficking. Demonstrated ability to outline and manage the process for internal and client teams and orchestrating reviews, feedback and response.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and an excellent presenter
• Solid strategic and analytical skills, including the ability to define a business problem and the role of creativity and communications in solving it and evaluating campaign success
• Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and printed
• Familiarity partnering with media agencies for the planning and buying process
• Organized and detail-oriented; finds satisfaction in a buttoned up and well‑run operation
• A self-starting multi-tasker that can handle the pressure of several assignments at once and take initiative for identifying how to accomplish new tasks
• Curious, resourceful and inquisitive
• A positive outlook and strong people skills; an exceptional team builder, leader and colleague
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office, Google Apps and Slack
• Travel may be required

Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from: $100,000- $110,000. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
