Overview
Saatchi & Saatchi Health is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our team in New York.
Responsibilities
- Guide process, details, and develop tactical plans.
- Help develop and administer clients’ budgets, including accurate estimating, tracking hours, out‑of‑pocket expenses, and reconciling against estimates.
- Raise client awareness when changes in client direction affect estimates; possess thorough knowledge of contracts and their implications.
- Make sound decisions regarding hours dedicated to jobs and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Identify potential operational issues and proactively solve problems before they grow.
- Work with the Account Lead to moderate conflicts and influence management decisions.
Knowledge
- Understand the therapeutic category, the audience, and at least two channels; also possess basic knowledge of at least one other category and another audience.
- Continuously learn new technologies.
- Apply knowledge of assigned brands and ensure the team adheres to agency process.
Strategy
- Collaborate with team lead to develop communication objectives and strategies (e.g., marketing/brand platform briefs).
- Demonstrate passion for the brand.
Tactics and Execution
- Support the development of marketing/brand platform briefs.
- Manage production of client‑approved marketing tools.
- Collaborate on creative brief development.
- Work with team members to prepare marketing communication plans and proposals.
- Communicate key client issues and initiatives to the team accurately and in a timely manner.
- Think creatively and strategically.
- Have basic knowledge of PHCG businesses, offerings, and tools.
Client Relationship
- Build trusting relationships with client counterparts.
- Maintain frequent, positive client contact with key clients.
- Support the team lead to ensure everyone focuses on brand strategy and positioning.
- Act as an agency champion by communicating and advocating the agency POV.
- Ensure clients receive timely, accurate account documentation and correspondence.
- Provide written reports promptly and accurately.
Qualifications
- Exhibit integrity and trust.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- MBA, master’s in marketing or related discipline preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare communications environment preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 – $120,159.00 annually. The company reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
