About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to join our growing Client Services team. This person will serve as the day-to-day strategic and operational lead across a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring projects move seamlessly from kickoff through execution while building trusted client relationships along the way.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where no two days look the same. You'll own the day-to-day management of multiple accounts across branding, digital, social, video production, and integrated marketing initiatives, working closely with internal creative teams, freelancers, media partners, production partners, and clients.
You'll report directly to the Account Director and operate with a high degree of autonomy. We're looking for someone who can independently lead accounts, solve problems proactively, make thoughtful decisions, and confidently drive work forward while knowing when to elevate strategic issues.
If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, love creating order from chaos, and get energized by building long-term client relationships, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive thinking
- Lead recurring client meetings, own status calls, presentations, and project discussions
- Understand each client's business goals and translate them into actionable workstreams
- Anticipate client needs before they become problems
Project & Account Management
- Oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously across various industries
- Develop project timelines, briefs, workbacks, and production schedules
- Coordinate kickoff’s and internal reviews teams to ensure projects remain on time and on budget
- Monitor deliverables from kickoff through final delivery
- Identify risks early and develop solutions before they impact the client
- Keep all stakeholders informed with the right information at the right time
Production & Operations
- Manage projects across:

- Website initiatives
- Coordinate external vendors, freelancers, production crews, photographers, editors, and other partners

Internal Leadership
- Act as the organizational hub between clients, creative teams, production partners, and leadership
- Communicate priorities clearly across departments
- Create structure, documentation, and processes that improve efficiency
- Independently drive projects forward while proactively escalating strategic decisions when needed.
- Help strengthen and scale the Client Services department as the agency continues to grow
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5–8+ years in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, Production, or Agency Operations
