We're seeking an Account Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day management of integrated campaigns, branded content and production initiatives for some of UNR's key client partnerships. This person will play a critical role in building strong client relationships, driving projects forward and ensuring work moves seamlessly from creative development through production and delivery.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Account Supervisor serves as a key client partner and day-to-day account lead across campaigns, productions and ongoing client initiatives. Reporting into the Business Director, this role works closely with teams to ensure projects remain on track, clients remain informed and teams remain aligned.
The ideal candidate understands the realities of modern content production and integrated marketing. They are highly organized, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and client service.
This role requires someone who can confidently navigate both creative and operational conversations, helping translate client objectives into actionable plans while ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and at a high standard of quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Partnership & Account Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients across assigned accounts, campaigns and productions.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication, responsiveness and strategic partnership.
- Lead client meetings, status calls and project communications while ensuring clear next steps and accountability.
- Translate client objectives into actionable briefs and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
- Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, priorities, competitive landscapes and industry trends.
2. Project & Production Management
- Lead day-to-day account operations across multiple projects and productions from kickoff through delivery.
- Partner closely with Project Management and Production teams to develop timelines, workflows and execution plans.
- Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, deliverables, timelines and approvals.
- Support resource planning and project staffing needs in collaboration with department leads.
- Help identify risks, challenges and opportunities throughout the lifecycle of projects and proactively develop solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with partner agencies, vendors and external stakeholders as needed.
3. Creative & Strategic Partnership
- Provide thoughtful feedback throughout creative development and production processes, serving as the voice of the client while championing strong creative work.
- Partner with Creative and Strategy teams to help shape integrated campaigns, branded storytelling and production initiatives.
- Develop a strong point of view on creative work and confidently communicate feedback and recommendations.
- Contribute to strategic conversations around content development, audience engagement, campaign performance and business objectives.
- Support pitches, presentations and business development initiatives as needed.
- Partner with Production and Project Management teams to oversee budgets, scopes, billing and financial tracking.
- Support scope development, change orders and client approvals throughout the course of projects.
- Maintain awareness of project profitability, resource utilization and overall account health.
- Oversee usage rights, talent agreements and contractual considerations in partnership with Production and Business Affairs.
- Ensure account documentation, project records and client communications remain organized and accurate.
5. Industry Awareness & Growth
- Stay informed on industry trends, cultural moments, consumer behavior and developments across entertainment, media and marketing.
- Monitor competitive activity and relevant business news to identify opportunities and insights for clients.
- Help bring relevant cultural and category insights into internal and client discussions.
- Support new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of client relationships.
- Maintain curiosity about emerging content formats, production approaches and evolving audience behaviors.
WHO YOU ARE
- 4–6 years of experience in account management, client services, production, marketing, agency or entertainment environments.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Strong understanding of content production, branded content and integrated marketing.
- Comfortable balancing client needs, creative development and production realities.
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate challenges and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience with budget management, scope writing and production workflows.
- Proficient in Google Workspace including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides.
- Deck and presentation development skills are a plus.
- A strong communicator who believes in proactive updates and overcommunication.
- Must be based in our New York office ; This is a hybrid role based in New York City with an expectation of three days per week in-office.
