Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client calls as the strategic voice at the table.

Bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, and strong agency experience across multiple clients. Clear spoken English with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvement track record.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Fluent English on live calls with US clients.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
