Blacksmith Agency LLC | AI-first digital agency is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media campaigns for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You will lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bids, testing, and attribution. 3+ years in ads and agency experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.

• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
