Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking an Account Strategist to drive long-term client relationships and exceed growth and retention goals. The role blends in-office collaboration (25%) with remote work (75%), adapting to travel distances as needed to maintain coverage and service levels.

You will partner with account teams to deliver the True Experience, use data to optimize programs, and navigate internal processes to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining confidentiality and high performance.

Qualifications

• A college degree and relevant experience are required.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Daily POD Support: support your POD to deliver the True Experience daily.
• Client and Partner Whisperer: understand client needs and guide satisfaction.
• Data Maestro: collaborate with KAMs to use data to meet client needs.
• Resolution Maverick: navigate internal processes to resolve issues swiftly.
• Reporting Virtuoso: provide standardized reporting to stakeholders.
• True Experience Guardian: ensure POD delivers the True Experience and SLAs.

• Client and Partner Whisperer: Immerse yourself in the desires and needs of our clients and partners, becoming their go-to guide for unparalleled satisfaction.
• Data Maestro: Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Account Managers, wielding data and information like a superhero to meet the unique needs of our clients and partners.
• Resolution Maverick: Master the internal processes to resolve issues swiftly, ensuring smooth sailing and escalating when necessary.
• Reporting Virtuoso: Shine on the stage of standardized reporting, captivating both internal and external stakeholders with your insights.
• True Experience Guardian: Monitor and ensure that your POD delivers the True Experience, exceeding service level expectations and setting the bar high.
