Job summary

Holmes Motors in Mississippi seeks an Account Specialist to manage a dedicated client portfolio, driving proactive outreach to ensure satisfaction, retention, and successful adoption of our services. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, text and email communications, and keep CRM records accurate.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, report on account health, and contribute to growth. This is a full-time role with a five-day work week (Sundays off) and a benefits package

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound outreach experience.
• Strong CRM experience and accurate data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct at least 30 outbound calls per day.
• Manage client communications via text and email.
• Monitor and update client information in the CRM.
• Document and route complex problems to internal teams.
• Track and report on account health and engagement.
