Job summary

Trinion America Inc. in San Diego seeks an organized accounting professional to support financial close processes and reporting.

You will assist with half-year compilations, year-end reviews, and month-end closings while ensuring accuracy of accounts payable and data entry. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you prepare accurate reports for upper management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability.
• A professional individual who can build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues.
• Self-motivated, diligent, and hardworking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong focus on the customer and carriers.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• English and Korean bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare half-year compilation, year-end review/audit
• Assist to prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half-year/yearly closing
• Check and verify accounts payable records, prepares invoices, data entry and files
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce the financial report
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Perform other financial duties as required

Trinion America Inc. is an independent third-party logistics service provider for Hyundai Translead, America’s premier trailer manufacturer based in Tijuana, Mexico. The company supports fleet buyers and dealers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico by coordinating the delivery of new trailers to strategic markets. Trinion’s main office is in San Diego, California, with additional Trinion Mexico offices in Monterrey, Mexico City, and Tijuana.

Job Duties:

• Assist to prepare half-year compilation, year-end review/audit
• Assist to prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half-year/yearly closing
• Check and verify accounts payable records, prepares invoices, data entry and files
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce the financial report
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Perform other financial duties as required
