Job summary

Ariel Premium Supply, Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist who excels in organization and customer service to be a key point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to delivery.

You will manage inquiries and orders, provide product knowledge, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining detailed documentation. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service or account management experience.
• Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and support to help customers find solutions that meet their needs.
• Accurately process orders, prepare quotes, and manage special requests and follow-ups.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues while maintaining accurate documentation in our systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time and high-quality service.
