ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Monitoring Sales Progress: Tasked with closely tracking sales performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
• Building Customer Relationships: Engage proactively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their needs are met promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintaining Information Systems: Oversee filing systems for sales orders and customer information, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to designated sales associates including handling correspondence, reviewing scheduling, preparing documents, to streamline workflow.
• Supporting Management: Extend assistance to management staff and executives as required. This may involve conducting research, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting with special projects to facilitate decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Handling Rush Requests: Act swiftly to expedite processes and accommodate client needs. This may involve modifying sales orders, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Position holder generally works in an office environment. Will be required to visit different office locations with varies environments based on the nature of business.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to walk, speak, stand, and sit. Correctable hearing and sight to normal limits. Occasionally lifting of office supplies and other materials associated with the position up to 20 lbs.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma

One (1) to three (3) years of MoversSuite and Salesforce experience (Preferred)

Proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Advanced abilities with Excel

Comfortable using a computer for various tasks beyond general use

Understanding of payments, accounting, and budgeting

SALARY RANGE

Starting at $55,000 per annum, plus commission
