Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group. This remote role requires residing in the Mesa, AZ area and focuses on delivering outstanding service to Financial Advisors, support staff, and external clients.

You will respond to calls, educate clients on account services, and resolve issues with a professional and empathetic approach. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior call center and customer service experience.
• Banking/financial services or wealth management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a changing environment.

Cognizant is a large IT consulting firm that leverages modern technologies to transform a variety of business operations. We are seeing a new Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will join the Client Services team within the Service Group, providing support to Financial Advisors, support staff, and external clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, strengthening client relationships, and helping ensure a seamless support experience for both internal and external customers. While this is a remote role, we are only considering candidates that live in the Mesa, AZ area.

Role Responsibilities

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $18.50 per hour.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
