Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to associates, customers and the community.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers; identify customer needs and provide education on our products and services.
• Identify and serve customers with account transactions; receive and record cash, checks, and payments.
• Process cash and check withdrawals; assist with opening and closing of accounts.
• Reconcile cash drawers; provide loan processing support to lending staff as needed.
