Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an Account Services Representative in Tulsa to deliver high-level customer service to large corporate accounts. You will handle executive-level reservations, respond to inquiries, process forms, and promote special offers to retain and grow corporate business.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills, with experience in a fast-paced, multi-user environment. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and training offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
• Minimum of two years sales and/or customer service experience required.
• Preferred candidate will have previous contact center experience.
• Previous experience providing concierge/prestige level services for corporate and Fortune 100 customers.
• High proficiency with PC tools including MS Outlook, MS Office and multiple software applications.

Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.What You’ll Do:Provide customer service and administrative support to contracted accounts.Provide highly accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Complete and process forms and/or special reports related to reservation special handling requirements and requests.Interact with executives of accounts that range in size.Provide general information regarding ABG locations, service, policies and procedures.Maintain accurate listing of ABG charge cards of corporate accounts. Maintain accurate listing of corporate account wizard information.Promote special offers.
