Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support the Maintenance Management System by processing invoices, updating details, and ensuring charges align with guidelines.

You will quickly and accurately enter data, build rapport with vendors and OEMs, and assist with reports while collaborating with the Maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Automotive or trucking industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details.
• Review work completed and ensure charges comply with system guidelines.
• Enter data into various software programs accurately.
• Build relationships and create rapport with vendors, OEMs, dealers.
