Job summary

Corient Services LLC, located in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a professional for client reporting management. The role involves building and maintaining reporting templates and data management to support Wealth Advisors.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Client Reporting product management – build and maintain client reporting templates and portal views.
• Client Reporting servicing – execute monthly and quarterly client reporting process cycles and provide support to Wealth Advisors and Client Service Specialists.
• Client Reporting data management – operate reporting data workflows and feeds, partner with Platform and Data Ops, and monitor critical elements such as security master, allocations, and performance returns.
• Quality Assurance – perform data and reporting quality control to ensure reporting and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in client or investment portfolio/performance reporting, preferably in wealth management, asset management, or investments data or reporting role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Addepar or a similar portfolio reporting system.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Effective written and oral communication; strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, including prolonged sitting at a desk and computer work, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Work onsite four days per week.

Compensation

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Ohio or Washington, depending on final location. Pay range: $70,400 – $100,000.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non‑Disclosure Agreement.
