Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a customer service agent to support customers with inquiries, issues and product guidance. You will be the frontline contact, documenting interactions and guiding clients toward successful resolutions.

We provide paid training, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, and employee discounts. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a customer-first mindset to help diverse customers across a busy operation.
