The Senior Account Services Representative supports the renewal and retention of health, dental, vision, and ancillary products. Responsibilities include resolving complex issues, educating clients and agents, and maintaining positive relationships with employer groups, agents, and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or five years of relevant health-related experience.
Arkansas Life & Health Insurance License required; must pass exams within three months if not already licensed. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; company car provided.
At least five years of customer service experience and three years in the insurance industry, preferably involving health plans and employer groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, relationship-building, presentation skills, and ability to travel overnight as needed.
Arkansas Insurance License for Life & Health.
Ensure confidentiality and adhere to company policies on segregation of duties.
Full-time, regular position.
This role is classified as level three (3) security, requiring strict confidentiality and adherence to security protocols.
