The Account Service Representative (ASR) acts as a liaison between Sunrise Medical Laboratories and physician clients, providing customer care, on-call support, and staff training. The role involves face-to-face communication with clients and collaboration with various laboratory departments. Each ASR is assigned specific accounts to service and is eligible for commission.
Education: College degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred. Valid IN driver’s license required.
Experience: At least 2 years of client service management in the medical field preferred.
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, 1st shift
