Claims Property Field Representative (Indianapolis, Indiana)

Join us as a Claims Property Field Representative at Grange Insurance. This role involves investigating, evaluating, and negotiating property claims to serve customers and ensure quality file handling.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Commercial and Personal Lines claims.
• Perform onsite and virtual inspections, prepare repair estimates, and resolve coverage and damage issues.
• Document all claim activities, collaborate with SIU and Subrogation partners.
• Maintain high policyholder satisfaction by adhering to service standards.
• Explain coverage, assist with damages, emergency repairs, and living arrangements.
• Coordinate with vendors such as contractors and experts.
• Participate in catastrophe responses, including overnight travel.
• Respond to inquiries from policyholders, agents, and internal teams.
• Mentor team members and operate company vehicle safely.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years related experience preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently, with strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficient with PC and technology.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb roofs, and work in confined spaces.
• State-specific adjuster’s license may be required.
