Job Description : As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our agency's success, engaging with potential customers and helping them secure the right insurance coverage. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Identifying and pursuing new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conducting consultative sales discussions to understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the agency team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
