Role Description:

As a Sales Representative with Megan Green State Farm, you will play a vital role in maintaining the success of our agency. We are seeking highly motivated, high-achieving individuals who fit well with our company culture.

Note: A CTS assessment is required before an interview will be scheduled.

This role is commission-only. The hours are flexible, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and a simplified tracking system. The compensation plan is highly aggressive to compensate for the lack of base pay. You must earn at least the minimum wage in your state for the hours worked after your first two months.
