Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
• Willingness to obtain a Life and Health license.

• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
