I've been with State Farm since 1994 and have worked in the insurance industry since 1989, giving me decades of experience helping customers protect what matters most. I'm a graduate of Bluefield College with a bachelor's degree and a proud grandmother who is excited to welcome another grandbaby soon.

As an Account Representative for Cynthia Shifflett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
