TJ Tingley - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through customer relations and proactive marketing of State Farm insurance and financial services products.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs while providing prompt, friendly service and handling inquiries about coverage and billing. This full-time role is based in Robinson, IL with opportunities for advancement and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
