Will Woods - State Farm Agent in St. Joseph, MO is seeking an Account Representative for a full‑time position to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and proactive marketing of State Farm products.

As a vital liaison between customer needs and agency departments, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide prompt, friendly service while supporting long‑lasting customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

Responsibilities
