State Farm Agent Team in Mequon, WI is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, grow the agency through proactive customer relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will develop leads, handle inquiries, provide friendly service, and promote products and services while pursuing customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Requires sales experience and a Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsabilités

As Account Representative for Joe Woelfle - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
