Ana Cervantes - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through strong customer relations and proactive marketing of relevant products and services. You will serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments to support daily operations and drive success.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and maintain relationships while delivering prompt, friendly service.
