Job summary

Celiann Ojeda De Young - State Farm Agent in Georgia is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful client relationships and linking client needs with the right State Farm products and services.

Responsibilities include lead development, appointment setting, and providing prompt, friendly service across inquiries about coverage, billing, and claims. A Property & Casualty license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

As Account Representative for Celiann Ojeda De Young - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
