Lindsay Adam - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and proactive marketing of State Farm products and services.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and maintain strong relationships while delivering prompt service and accurate information on policy changes, billing, and coverage options. This role values ambition, teamwork, and a friendly, service-oriented mindset.

I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Business Management, a proud mom of two daughters, and enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and spoiling my two dogs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Representative for Lindsay Adam - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.
