Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales employee, or telemarketing) preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; good listening abilities.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and respond proactively.

• Property & Casualty license must be held or pursued.

As Account Representative for Carlos Munoz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
