Responsibilities:

• Establish and follow up on customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Foster successful and lasting customer relations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
