Izumi Vazquez Ystokazu - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to support daily operations and grow the office through customer relations and proactive product marketing. You will work to enhance customer experiences and help meet client needs within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
