Job summary

Imma Pierre - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and by acting as a liaison between customers and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve the lives of customers.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products to meet those needs, while establishing strong relationships and providing friendly service across inquiries and policy

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Ability to market products based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to superior customer service.
• Able to relate to customers effectively.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Representative for Imma Pierre - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.
