State Farm Agent Shametria Dixon in Conyers, GA is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and marketing relevant products and services to meet client needs.

You will help strengthen relationships, schedule appointments, and provide prompt, friendly service while promoting cross-sell opportunities and community trust. This role offers a supportive team culture and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

As an Account Representative for Shametria Dixon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
