Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with insurance-related questions and service needs.
• Build relationships with existing customers and provide a consistent, positive experience.
• Review customer accounts and identify potential coverage needs and opportunities.
• Conduct needs-based conversations across multiple State Farm product lines.
• Provide quotes and discuss available insurance options with customers.
• Follow up with customers and prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through additional products and services.
• Assist with policy changes, documentation, billing questions, and general account servicing.
• Schedule appointments for additional insurance and financial-services conversations when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete follow-up activities.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
• Work with the entire agency team to achieve customer service and office growth goals.

What You'll Do
