About Jeanne White’s Agency

Jeanne was born and raised in Metro Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga. She opened her State Farm agency in Buford, Ga in 1990. Jeanne has been an active member of the North Gwinnett Kiwanis club in Buford, Ga since 1992. Jeanne and her husband attend Gwinnett Church along with their 4 blended children. When she’s not working, Jeanne enjoys the lake, yoga, watching sports (mainly Auburn, her husband's alma mater!), and volunteering locally. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic team member who is passionate about supporting and engaging with our community.

Role Description

As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be essential to our daily operations and customer success. Your role involves building meaningful customer relationships, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency services, and proactively marketing relevant insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and respond promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
