Employees of State Farm agents must be able to pass a background check and successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Desired qualities include:

• Must have Property & Casualty license applicable licensing and own transportation.
• Sales experience (sales or inside sales representative, retail sales) preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented & Self-motivated
• Ethical and Honest
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Life & Health License or be able to obtain
