Milena Bu State Farm is seeking an organized and efficient administrative specialist to support insurance agents, build and maintain customer relationships, and assist in growing the agency’s client base in Alexandria, VA. The role emphasizes responsive service, needs-based insurance guidance, and proactive communication to promote business growth.

This entry-level position offers opportunities to obtain Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses while engaging in cross-selling and marketing

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Sales experience with proven ability to meet goals and obtain P&C; Life/Health licensing expected.
