Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Houston seeks a client/account coordinator to resolve conflicts, process invoices, and manage receivables. You’ll work with the account manager and project team to stay updated on account status and ensure processes are followed.

This role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous data handling in Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and reliable performance under deadlines. On-site work is required with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration or four years related experience.
• High School or better.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with client on conflict resolution and ensures issues are handled efficiently.
• Collaborates with account manager to process invoices and accounts receivable.
• Maintains continuous knowledge of account status with the project team.
• Ensures processes and procedures are followed and aimed at improvement.
• Communicates company capabilities and services to the client.
• Performs report analysis, trend review and corrective actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Works directly with client on conflict resolution as issues arise. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
• Works with account manager to process invoices and account receivables for the account.
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement
• Communicates all aspects company capabilities and service to the client.
• Report analysis, trending and corrective actions
• Other duties as assigned
