Kailey Dees - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through customer relations and as a liaison between customers and internal departments. You will market relevant State Farm products to meet client needs and support daily operations.

The role focuses on developing leads, scheduling appointments, providing excellent service, and building lasting customer relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside)
• Experience in managing customer relationships
• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Dedicated to excellent customer service
• Ability to anticipate customer needs
• Ability to effectively relate to customers
• Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on product availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and trust within the community.
