Cooper Raymond - State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Representative Team Member Intern to support daily office operations and cultivate strong customer relationships in Layton, UT. You will help grow the office by proactively marketing State Farm products and services that meet client needs and by delivering responsive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
