Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers effectively.
• Property & Casualty license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to meet them.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries on product availability, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
