Robert Lee - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the office through meaningful relationships and proactively market relevant products to meet client needs.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and deliver prompt, friendly service while building long-lasting customer relations and helping customers with policy questions and billing inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, preferably outside/inside sales or telemarketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proactive in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Dedicated to customer service and attentive to client concerns.
