The role includes cross‑functional coordination, training support, and internal project management in a fast-paced environment. This temp-to-perm position offers opportunities to grow within the organization and contribute to program success

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years of college.
• Preferred: AS or BS degree.
• 2–4 years in Customer Service or Golf industry or 1 year as Acushnet CSR.
• Selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for ~2,000 collegiate golf team accounts and deliver excellent service.
• Manage customer inquiries on performance, policies, availability and order status.
• Ensure accurate order processing, apply program pricing and policies consistently.
• Coordinate specialized requests across internal departments to deliver seamless service.

Here, your performance has purpose.# **What You Will Be Doing**As an Account Representative supporting the Collegiate Purchase Program, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for approximately 2,000 collegiate golf team accounts, delivering an exceptional customer service experience while supporting the needs of college golf programs nationwide. In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries related to performance, availability, program policies, and order status. You’ll ensure accurate and timely order processing, apply program pricing and policies consistently, and coordinate specialized requests across internal departments to deliver seamless service. You’ll also support the Tour Promotions team through project management and administrative coordination, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and assist with the onboarding and training of new team members. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, effective communication, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
