Qualifikationen

What You Will Be Doing

This role sits at the heart of the Titleist golfer experience, combining a passion for the game with a commitment to delivering world-class service. As a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Sales Specialist, you will connect one-on-one with dedicated golfers, providing expert product guidance, personalized recommendations, and seamless support throughout their journey. From driving custom club sales and helping golfers schedule fitting appointments to managing orders and resolving complex service needs, you will play a critical role in creating experiences that inspire confidence, build loyalty, and strengthen the Titleist brand. Working closely with Regional Fitting Leaders and Fitting Specialists, you will ensure every interaction exceeds expectations while leveraging industry-leading tools and platforms, including Salesforce, SAP, and our eCommerce and fitting systems. What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or the golf industry.
• Passion for golf and knowledge of the golf clubs product category.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to clearly explain products, orders, and solutions to golfers via phone and email.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn Titleist order management and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work in an office environment and sit for extended periods.

Pay Range: $57,460.00-$71,240.00
